Résumé - Abstract


  • The education system is given an increasing number of missions to the point that it is possible

to speak, for teachers, of a context of over-prescription of objectives. This variety of missions leads to a diversification of the teacher's tasks. Business development educational activities related to health, citizenship or sustainable development leads him to take charge of aspects other than that of the transmission of knowledge and to include its work in collective dynamics of exchanges with a wide variety of actors. A study focusing on the place of health education in their professional practices has was conducted with thirty primary school teachers. The results show that the factors conditioning the redefinition of the task by teachers in the field of health education can be organized around three poles: an institutional pole, a individual pole and a collective pole. Health education is perceived by the teachers of our sample as being on the margins of their practices. This is a feature common to all education to... Health education is distinguished by the overdetermining nature of the pole individual because of the scale of the ethical questions posed by the practices. The absence of well-established curriculum matrix contributes to creating a feeling of uncertainty or even of professional incompetence.
