*This article presents the results of part of the analysis of 6001 questionnaires collected from teachers and future teachers in 15 countries (Europe, Africa and the Middle East) as part of the Biohead-Citizen project. The aim is to identify the differences in teachers' views on health and sexuality education and to highlight the factors influencing them. We proceeded by principal component analyzes and discriminant analyzes which show the importance of training and status (level of training, level of education, discipline and status) and the incidence of social representations and individual conceptions (country, religion , level of belief) which lead to sometimes very opposed positions on the teaching and contents of health and sexuality education, on gender equality, on human rights and on prevention. Some conceptions appear as obstacles. This raises the questions of teaching practices and teacher training.
